1. Safety: 1 leakage protection: When the boiler leaks, cut off the power supply through the leakage circuit breaker to ensure personal safety. 2 Water shortage protection: When the boiler is short of water, the heating tube control circuit is cut off in time to prevent dry burning damage of the heating tube, and the controller issues a water shortage alarm indication. 3 Grounding protection: When the boiler casing is charged, the leakage current is introduced into the earth through the grounding wire to ensure personal safety. Generally, the protective grounding wire should be well connected with the earth. The angle iron and steel pipe buried deep underground are used as the grounding body. The grounding resistance should not exceed 4Ω. 4 Steam overpressure protection: When the boiler steam pressure exceeds the set upper limit pressure, the safety valve is activated and the steam is released to reduce the pressure. 5 Overcurrent protection: When the boiler is overloaded (voltage is too high), the leakage circuit breaker is automatically disconnected. 6 Power protection: After detecting the over-voltage, under-voltage and broken fault conditions with advanced electronic circuits, reliable power-off protection is carried out. 2. Convenience: After the power supply is introduced into the electric control box, the boiler enters (or leaves) the fully automatic operation state with one-button operation. 2 The amount of water in the boiler is reduced, and the control system automatically replenishes the water from the water tank to the boiler through the make-up pump. 3.
